Dude. I'm in September now. Fucking July and August sucked because they were so linear. I mean, it wasn't that bad. I was able to almost max my Academics stat because you learn Academics twice as much if you study during summer break, but I really missed school. I haven't played in about 2 days. Been busy studying, hanging out with people, and exploring Florida (OMG JUST LIKE IN PERSONA 3!!!11 gotta up those social links in real life, am i rite!). I'm 4 days away from the September full moon event. I love this game so much.

Okay, July and August didn't suck, but they were certainly too linear. I was able to manage because I love this game's plot and character so much. If you know me, it's rare for me to ever gush over a game's plot, much less a jrpg, but I'm gushing over this game's characters and shit. Aegis

I have decided that Aegis is the best character in the game and no one can sway this decision. It's about time a character finally gets some stones and goes all SMT and shoot fucks with guns and crap. I got my lil' robot pal a Grenade Launcher :love

I met Tanaka and he fucking rules. "If you tell anyone I'll post your picture on a site where ex convicts visit"

I've gotten to level 5 with him already and he owns. Striped shirt makes me feel bad. What I love about S links is that you're essentially using these people to up your Persona ranks, you don't care about them at all. It's really unique in how it handles conversations with npcs. Just like how the character has the ability to switch multiple personas on the fly, he uses multiple personas when engaging with the npcs. It's cool how you'll get involved with doing nice things for people, from helping an old couple at a bookstore and comforting a terminally ill character (<3) to pushing every single person in school to find out who smoked that cigerrete (i have a theory who it was) and learning how to con people from a businessman.

Oh man. The 110 floor boss. omg. GENIUS. The guy had no fucking WEAKNESS so you had to go all out and use phsyical attacks, and he's cast an attack barrier. In order for me to get past his defenses, I sacrificed my main character's hp for when he got hit by his counter so my other members could attack. So awesome. I need dekunda asap.

the little boy Ken, the dog and especially Shinjira are more powerful characters than Aigis; now my party is more balanced (these new characters are way more leveled-up than your default characters) and Aigis even seems to be dragging my party down

I really hate that character, what a pointless, not to mention creepy inclusion... the FES content that takes place after the main quest centers around it, so in the end I'm glad that Atlus will never release it here

also, I'd like to know the name of the rap song that plays during Operation Babe Hunt

Aegis is fucking awesome, she's all physical attacks (from all types) AND has all the good buff spells (she also has dekunda!) plus a couple of healing spells she is the most complete character of the whole bunch aside from the hero of course.

oh the statue. get yourself an asparas and then use cadenza with orpheus. If i remember correctly, if this is the right boss then I'm probably right, but cadenza raises your agility about 1000 x, so when he tries to hit you, he'll miss and probably be downed. that's your cue to do all out attack, which is the best way to beat him. not all enemies you face have a weakness.

i already have that. are you sure he falls tho? he was using magic last time i faced him. i thought you could only fall by using physical attacks.

enemies fall if they miss. your party members do the same. it's a good tactic to force your enemy to miss you, if you can't damage him with decent magic or physical attacks. that way you can get an all out attack and all out attack = massive damage

wait. you mean they downed him with their physical skills? he's weak against phsyical or did they just do critical.

if you have the ability, use rebellion. it raises critical attacks for every cahracter on the field including enemies, but if you manage to get critical on the enemy one after one he may not last long to begin with

also, i think they just got him down without criticals. akihiko got him down, i used the all out attack, junpei got him down, i did it again. i find it hard to believe i was so lucky to get 2 criticals in a row. maybe it's a property their phys skills have, i dunno.

and i've never seen a character fall 'cause their magic missed. but if whatever i try later on doesn't work, i'll use candeza. i think i'll just tell akihiko or junpei to take him down and wait for him to get up, without going all out so he wastes his turn. sucks that i traded my ara mitama for a stupid jack frost, otherwise i could use rakunda while he's getting beat.

mitsuru becomes available at winter, if you date a girl while you are on an intimate relationship with another, the girl you are very involved with will get mad and her respective arcana will go into broken status. you'll have to damage control like crazy for her to care again.

cheers for PS2 best rpg, this game is really something special the ending is total class. in my top 3 when it comes to rpgs, a bit bummed that it ended but oh well.... I want FES!
