It looks like all the little girls are the same model and there are two different Big Daddies: Bouncer (melee) and Rosie (ranged).

I liked fighting the Big Daddies, but if you're going for efficiency, they're really easy to take down. Making each one a unique fight is the only way to go about it. Getting two Big Daddies to fight each other might be the coolest thing in the game.

I saved them all too, and it was worth it because the ending was really satisfying that way. I'm not looking forward my new playthrough where I am going to harvest them.

A full clip of heat-seeking RPGs from a fully upgraded grenade launcher is EXTREMELY effective, even on Hard.

You are supposed to get 80 if you save, and 160 if you harvest -- regardless of difficulty

If you rescue enough girls, the first set being 3, you are rewarded with a gift from Tenenbaum. Each gift has 200 ADAM plus some other goodies
