I'm pretty sure they have to have them in there if they claim they're in there. No way for me to really know though other than the fact that it's made me feel better after bouts with food poisoning and/or deathly hangovers.

tip for maf: bring a trash can for when you crap, so in case you have to barf you can shit and crap at the same time

plus: get some rest! i was sick yesterday but now i feel as good as new!

That happened to me this year, luckily my bathtub was adjacent to my toilet at the time.

Best home remedy:
Chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese, and 7-up/sprite

I got some vitaminwater DEFENSE and smart water and sirloin burger microwave soup! Got my slayers season 1 remastered I AM SET TO STAY AT HOME SICK TOMORRROW!

This happened to me a couple of years ago, turned out to be some sort of weird virus that goes around here during wintertime.  I thought it was no big deal (took some medicine and was better within the week) but later on I heard that if people didn't get diagnosed and medicated in time, they died.  :o

It's such a nasty feeling, wanting to puke and poop at the same time.

Don't eat beef if your belly is already feeling sick!  Red meat is tough to digest.  The best thing is just to drink more water and sleep.  Put the entertainment away and get some rest.  Also, take a hot steam bath to help with the congestion.  You can also get a nasal spray OTC to help w/ congestion.
