I thought, and still think, that The Birdcage is a legitimately good comedy, and Robin Williams was very good in it.

I want more movies with already-married lead characters, who don't have to go through the motions of meeting cute and falling in (and out of, then in again) love.

That's the only Christopher Nolan that I haven't seen. I got into that zone where I was hyped for the movie but never saw it because deep down I knew it would disappoint me. It was like having one of those awful, passive-aggressive middle school crushes again.

I'm gonna Netflix that, and maybe go all the way and rent Death To Smoochy so I can say I've seen Williams' entire 2002 Dark Edgy Comeback Trifecta.

i think Insomnia is actually well-directed, with a MASSIVE HORRIBLE MOVIE-RUINING performance given by Robin Williams. it's some of the worst casting i've ever seen.

That's totally gay that they digitally censored the busty brunette's pubes in the dvd version of Mulholland Drive because she freaked out that it would so clear. Watts was amazing hot though. I dig her subtle implants.

The Birdcage was great because Nathan Lane was in it. It really had no bearing on Robin Williams.

I defy anyone to sit through Mrs. Doubtfire again. It had the worst "Hollywood kids" in the history of film.

robin williams is an amazing actor who, sadly, picks the worst roles ever. bridcage was great and so were other movies in which he starred, but he needs to let go of these dumb not-funny-at-all roles. he was amazing in good will hunting and after that one i'd wished he'd do alot more serious stuff, because he is a great actor. but, like, he does stuff like license to wed which stars that guy from the office us who can't do do shit except for his dumb faces.
