The fanboys just can't deal with the fact that games are now appearing on the PS3 that simply wouldn't have been possible on any other system, like for example, Warhawk.
What makes Warhawk so different from other games in the genre, is that you have the option to deviate from the main mission to do whatever you want. Why take out the ground missions when it's an accessory. This game is a sandbox game on a massive scale. It's scale and scope goes beyond anything except maybe Lair. It's going for battles of the scale of a NNN, or Heavenly Sword. It's like if you threw Ace Combat, a tank game and fps together, then sprinkled in elements of NNN/HS in there with the size of the battles. You don't have to land your ship and run around, unless you want to. Even if you disregard the stunning visuals in HD and incredibly realistic physics, Warhawk is an amazing game. It's an absolute bargain even if it were selling for 60 bucks instead of 40. You're not a real gamer if you don't even want to give Warhawk a try at $40.
