What's the best Buddhist sect?

I wanna become a Buddhist, what's the best flava flav of Buddhism. I don't wanna start down this path and then find out 3 years down the line I chose the Scientology equivalent. The less supernatural bullshit, the better.

Shaolin obviously.  Although you're probably too old to learn the martial arts that can sent you flying through the air, you can probably still learn stuff like Dragon Claws.

After watching 36th Chamber, I am pissed that I never had the opportunity to become a Shaolin monk.  I would've torn shit up.

You could still become one.  They have quite a few older Caucasian students that live at their temple in China.  Are you willing to give up sex and meat?
