Go play Halo 2 on Vista to get ready for Halo 3. The PC version is great if you still like Halo 2. Steady 60fps and upgraded visuals in HD make Halo 2 still pretty fun to play.

It looks better on the PC. You have Vista anyway. Why not buy Halo 2 for the PC when you buy so many inferior games every week? I could post some screencaps if you want to see. In FULL HD.

I just checked Gamestop for Halo 3 stuff and it looks like the legendary edition is still available. There's an extra $10 shipping fee for it which brings the total almost to the cost of a PSP. WTF. The Halo 3 special edition 360 kinda looks enticing even though I thought it was crap at first glance. The box looks pretty nice too. Maybe the Halo 3 hype is making me nuts. Still, there's no chance in hell I'm going to pay $150 for a + a plastic helmet.

I played some PC games when they were still coming out on floppy discs. Like Wing Commander, Ultima, Gold Box AD&D games. I just mentioned 3dfx because that's when PC & console games started becoming more similar, except for the fact that the PC games absolutely destroyed the competition on consoles.
