You can get one without the meat. It only has 12 grams of fat, as opposed to the 27 grams in a Sausage McMuffin. It's "lite" lol

Today I had oatmeal for breakfast. 1.5 cups of oatmeal provides all the hearty support you need a day. I know I know, oatmeal is bleh. But today I added a teaspoon of sugar and cinnamon cereal flakes, which really made it much better.

here's a really smart idea, take some poptarts and eat them when you get to work since then you'll have a very small breakfast but it'll keep your mind interested in that so you don't go to fast food.

what would compel somebody to eat sausage mcmuffins other than hunger I do not know.

Poptarts just make you more hungy. You have to eat a bunch of poptarts before you feel stuffed.

I can eat about a poptart and a half before I feel like dying. That's not too bad, I guess. I can only do half a hotpocket before I feel about the same.

Those damn bus ads for the 2 for $3 have tempted me, but McDonalds isn't really on the way to campus. I did try and go there to get a Sausage Egg McMuffin before classes started but it was almost 11 and they stop breakfast at 10:30am.

So I went to Jack in the Crack instead

It doesn't really matter what you eat in the morning, because it just burns off. Dinner you have to watch, because your body will use that meal to rebuild itself. Lunch can linger a little but not as much.
