Ive been riding my bike around more lately just for a bit of exercise and its really hot here and so I sweat alot, and Ive developed a redness in between my arse cheeks. It hurts when I walk. I gotta gets me some moisturiser I think :/

Do you sit right on the tip of the saddle?  Try moving your saddle forward so you can sit back.  Might make your balls numb though.
