What happened to Treasure's XBLA games?

I remember hearing that some of Treasure's games were released on PartnerNet a year ago.  What happened to these?  I was excited about this announcement but we have not had any updates on these games at all.  Hopefully, they were not killed by the suits at MS.

I heard this on gaf like two years ago, so its probably really wrong.

A screenshot of a test XBLA entry for Ikaruga leaked. That's all that's really known about that.

Treasure did say that they're working on an action game for 360, but once again that's all we know so far.
