it's for some reason on the japanese site. you have to enter your windows live email and password. The screens are made unhotlinkable (as far as I know) so I can't post them.

It's fucking GOOD looking though. there's also new armor and weapons shown in the screens. there's 10 screens.

Underwhelming graphically, but NG1 is my favorite action game ever, so I fully expect NG2 to rock my socks.

it looks good. the character models and the gore look good and what else can you pay attention to in the screens?

You know for all of Itagaki's bluster you'd think Team Ninja would be able to make something a bit more impressive from the ground up, be it for PS3 or 360. The games lighting is so flat its embarassing and as usual the textures are gaudy and uninspired.

Looks like they haven't upgraded the assets that much but maybe this is just an early version that they made to show at conferences. The enemies look much better than Sigma's enemies but Ryu and the backgrounds are barely improved.

Looks great. I mean how could it look better and run at 60fps with all that non-stop action. I thought Team Ninja would change their art style a bit for the latest game, though.

One more triple AAA game for the 360. That system is going to have an amazing library in its lifespan.

Also, MAF, these are the first screens shown. We don't know how the final build of the game will look yet. Nonetheless, Ninja Gaiden's gameplay has always been its greatest asset.

I wouldn't be surprised if what we see at TGS look much better. MS is really bad at making their games look good. They've ruined hype for eventual AAA games with subpar trailers and screenshots more times than I can remember. OTOH, Sony is good at making even crap games look like AAA material.

It doesn't look great. It looks okay. Framerate is key.

TN needs to redo the engine. The lighting is embarrassing.

yup, the lighting would make it look better than this, and yes the framerate is the key in Ninja Gaiden, 60fps for action game? yes please!

It looks way better than sigma. Go play it again, the character models have a lot more small details and while the lighting isn't well done right now but it'll probably improve by the final game.
