so i netflix'd this due to a recommendation in some older thread and finally got it last night.  holy shit, what an awesome movie from start to finish.  the dub was great and all the voices fit the characters well.  gratuitous violence, hot japanese women, and a few nipple shots to slather the icing on the cake.  soundtrack is fuckin' A++++   i can see why RZA sampled a lot of dialogue from this gem.  i'm about to order myself a copy.  how could i have lived so long without watching it???  :'(

dude, i just ordered all 3.  i also read about how the japanese originals (lone wolf and cub) are entirely different.  amazon reviewers are saying that the english dub is even better.  i almost wet my pants when i saw there was a part 2 and 3.  OMGG

there are 5 movies total. Shogun Assasin is a remix of part 1 and 2 in a single movie, and its actually better than watching them separatly since it removes a lot of awkward scenes and so on The other movies are much better.
