I picked up Judgement to replace my japanese copy and have been playing it again. Best 2D fighter on PSP for sure. SIT DOWNZ MISTAR SFA3.

so is it correct that the japanese version is based on slash and the american is xx reload

Japanese version doesn't have more characters. The import I have is based off of #Reload too. The shit of it is they stripped the fantastic story mode from the original #Reload release on Xbox.

The latest Accent Core release for PS2 is based off of Slash and has the new characters.

The Japanese version of Guilty Gear Judgment IS Slash and has the "new" characters Order Sol and A.B.A.  The American version got #Reload.

Accent Core is NOT Slash.  It's a different game and has had a minor facelift and game play changes.
