This is probably my most anticipated title for PS3 for the remainder for the year and these guys release a pre-order demo without putting up a demo on PSN?!

WTF?

Does Sony get online? We know that Nintendo is totally clueless.  But Sony trumpeted PSN as being as feature rich as XBL but without the fee.  Everyone who owns both consoles knows what a joke that claim is.  But Sony, and I love Sony, where are the demos for Warhawk, LoLair and others.  And why can't you update the store outside of Thursday?

Wow, even a PS3 Demo couldn't fit on a DVD9. Not good for 360!

Did anyone else get the demo in the mail today? I got home about 20 minutes ago, and found a copy of the R&CF demo sitting in my mailbox.

Yeah, I just finished the demo, it's look gorgeous, but screen tearing was apparent. I'm sure Insomniac will have that eliminated in the final version.

The PS3 must feel like a really terrible purchase to you.  You don't even watch Blu-rays.

I'll be getting R&C for sure.  I'm not crazy about Ratchet's lack of innovation either but at least the new game looks nice.  The demo disc is a distinguished mentally-challenged idea.  Someone who's crazy about the demo would have gotten it anyways.  The point of releasing a demo is to get the unconvinced to try.  It's just another Sony decision that makes no sense.

The demo hits the Playstation Store on 10/8, it's only 12 days prior to the game coming out, but it's better than nothing...

R&C has too much shooting and not enough platforming.  Jak and Daxter games are rightfully criticized for trying to do too much but the platforming in J&D is far superior to R&C's.
