incredibly dumb things that have slipped your mind

checking mail.  now my power is out.  all of my other bills come out of my account automatically since they're the same every month.  i dont' do my power because it changes and i don't wanna accidentally get a huge bill and then be really broke.  but i don't check my mail very often.  so i woke up this morning and OH SHIT.  no power.

this is weird, i have lived in my current apartment for over a month and I have yet to get a elctricity bill. And I never got billed for their deposit either. What should i do?

Did you actually sign up with a provider?  you could be riding on your apartments previous power agreement.  to be honest, get it cleared up before there is a clusterfuck and you have no power for a week.

no I had to call them beofre i moved in and get the power turned on. The power company knows that I live there, they have my info.

what company is it?  I use Gexa and they're horribly unorganized anytime I've had to talk to them.
