Depending on where you are eating, burgers can be not really that unhealthy. If it's a place that will serve quality meat and cook it without supplying enough grease to lube your tract, it's a fairly neutral meal as long as you don't get gay over the carbs in the bun, or go nuts with toppings, which I find kinda gross. Much like the rarely encountered but frequently mentioned healthy pizza that can theoretically contain every food group, burgers are theoretically aren't bad. It's typicallyt he garbage that comes with the burger, or on it. I try to avoid fries. For the most part they are totally filler. Even the best fries aren't that good, and you are usually eating them for the flavor of the ketchup or cheese or whatever on them anyway.
I guess there are fewer caveats for eating chinese (generally speaking), but I've always had the very AMERICAN problem of finding chinese not particularly filling, unless fluffed up with rice.
