Help me decide.  I need a greasy meal as stress relief but I"ll like to keep the damage to a minimum.

Go eat vegan Chinese food that imitates meat, I was surprised to find out that it's actually AWESOME.

I hate vegetarian.  Tofu burgers almost made me threw up.  That's why I try not to dine out with my hippie friends from College.

what chinese food are you thinking of getting?

Some kind of spicy chicken and fried noodles.

I can't stand tofu, but this stuff is really good. The chicken chow mein I've had is incredible.

depends on where you get either item from.

there is a shitton of msg in most chinese food restaurants and they're fairly close to fast food equivalents.  Go to a hole in the wall, family owned chinese food restaurant.  That won't be too bad for you.  Also, it depends on what dish you order from the restaurant too

Get mongolion beef (or chicken) with white rice. Put soy sauce on the rice. It's delicious!

Depending on where you are eating, burgers can be not really that unhealthy.  If it's a place that will serve quality meat and cook it without supplying enough grease to lube your tract, it's a fairly neutral meal as long as you don't get gay over the carbs in the bun, or go nuts with toppings, which I find kinda gross.  Much like the rarely encountered but frequently mentioned healthy pizza that can theoretically contain every food group, burgers are theoretically aren't bad.  It's typicallyt he garbage that comes with the burger, or on it.  I try to avoid fries.  For the most part they are totally filler.  Even the best fries aren't that good, and you are usually eating them for the flavor of the ketchup or cheese or whatever on them anyway.

I guess there are fewer caveats for eating chinese (generally speaking), but I've always had the very AMERICAN problem of finding chinese not particularly filling, unless fluffed up with rice.

Do what distantmantra said.  I went to a chinese restaraunt like that and it tasted EXACTLY like beef or chicken.  I don't know if you can find one of those restaraunts around you though.
