Even better than season 2. I like the way it sets up the Jan MEGATON way before it happens. On TV it was sort of out of the blue, on DVD we get a couple of hints that she's just off her game. And the Pretzel Day ep with Stanley and Michael is gold. I liked the excuse to put those two characters together, so getting a little bonus footage was nice.

I was sort of hoping that we'd get some more background on Angela. Creed is obviously a throw away character, but we know more about him than we do Angela. She's just cold and that's it.

I've got a feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of Creed in season 4....or at least I hope so.  He really came into his own during season 3.  I love that thing about his blog.....lol

Creed got a lot more screen time, but a lot of it was just a weird one off that wouldn't have worked elsewhere. Jokes about the sixties and whatever else. He's good for a laugh, but hard to invest it. There's the one deleted scene from Diwali where Dwight kind of makes all these excuses to get over to Angela's and she just looks so happy. I'd like to see more of that. Even with Kevin or Stanley we sort of understand what makes them tick. We get none of that Angela, she's just THE BITCHY CHRISTIAN ONE.

The deleted scenes for Initiation are just fucking hilarious, especially the one where Stanley and Micheal are sharing a pretzel together.

I'm so fucking pissed I missed out on the Collector's set of Season 3.  My Best Buy never sells out of anything, but on release day they sold out of every single copy of Season 3 within hours, even the regular edition.  I rarely buy stuff like that, but I bought the first collector's box Best Buy exclusive of Seasons 1&2, and I really wanted that fucking Dundee Award.  Fucktards on ebay are trying to get $65 + out of it.
