The comedy ninjas met the former OC actress at the National Movie Awards at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
Simon, 37, and Nick, 35 – who scooped the Best Comedy Film award for Hot Fuzz – jokingly told the lollipop-headed Yank about a made-up artist who works in silver foil.
The fictitious artist was born in an episode of the pair’s sitcom Spaced, when Simon’s character Tim discusses a homemade disco ball with artist Brian.
Brian says: “I see it as a tribute to Christo, the artist.”
Tim replies: “I see it as a waste of Baco, the foil.”
Sadly, Mischa has never treated her balls of look to the hit show and told her assistant to buy her one of Mr Baco’s masterpieces.
Our man with the well-wrapped sandwiches said: “Simon, Nick and Mischa were discussing the sculptures around the hall.
“Mischa dropped a few mispronounced names of artists she approves of.
“So Simon casually mentioned that he loves the work of Baco The Foil.”
