Real Player version 10 works perfectly fine. I have the newest version of the windows media player thing and it's meh. Takes up too much of the screen.

utorrent is really the best torrent application out there. i have this 64mb 700mhz pc, and i used to dload stuff with azureus. i couldn't even listen to music or browse some really simple html sites. it was a recource hog.

utorrent uses, like, no system recources at all. mac version plz kthx.

also, it's probably because i wasn't running it on the proper settings, but generally, i can download stuff from joox @ 700kb/s whereas with utorrent and azureus i could never get the speeds higher than 400kb/s.

Use BS Player. It lets you easily resize or whatever has a super minimal interface and doesn't fill your machine with spyware.

If you're really into it, there's also a free program called ComicRack where you can organize your stuff library-style, tag it with artist/writer/date/plot notes like .mp3s - it's a really good program if you're looking for something a little more in-depth than CDisplay.
