I bought that off a friend today for $8. His wife wouldn't let him keep it.
I stopped by my DVD store on the way to the grocery store to spy new releases since I missed Tuesday. I saw Caligula there and brought it up to the counter. The cashier, who recommends things to me frequently and knows my tastes, asked me how much it was (the DVD has a cardboard slipcase, so the price wasn't on the cover, left the case get ripped). I said it was 14.99 and he replies, "Well, I guess I could let you buy this. I wouldn't let you pay more than 20." I said I had been waiting for years to see it, and that I had read so much, and that very few places carry it for rental. He says, "There's this one scene. . ." and then he cuts out, seeing there were other people in the store, and he just goes, "Nevermind, you'll know it when you see it."
