ign's preview. there are also a couple of new videos.

now, i'm not really the guy to complain about tearing--i guess i can accept it to some extent, but it's really really bad in that ''montferrat walkthrough'' video. bad is an understatement, jesus christ. and to think that this game is almost gold, lawl.

i also don't dig the sci-fi aspect. totally unnecessary.

the ''climb everything you can'' stuff and the animations, heck, the gameplay in general, except for maybe the battles, looks just awesome. the scope, too, is amazing.

only watched the 1st video from gamersyde so far and the tearing is so fucking bad.

i love the concept, love prince of persia, love ubi, but this shit ain't funny, they better fix it or delay the game till they do it right.

Are you talking graphically?  Because aside from the rampant tearing, yes, you probably are.

More and more developers are trying to achieve that "Movie" look with Filter effects. I agree thats its being overused. I'm kinda "eh" about it in MGS4.

You can make the colors as vibrant as you want in Gears, and as for AC, they are using different filters for different places.

for example, in city 1 you will see the blue filter, city 2 is yellow filter, etc..., don't know how much filters overall though.

i don't mind them using filters, but in MGS4, all we saw so far is one ugly yellow filter, it's like Kojima is convinced that the middle east is all yellow or something.

i thought the mgs4 filter was green, not yellow. are you sure it's yellow?

as for this game, i don't see what's so interesting about it. i never liked pop: sands of time either, maybe that's why.

I didn't see the latest trailer, so they could have changed it, if so, more power to Kojima.

last one i saw was the gameplay demonstration, i remember everything was yellow there.

it was kind of a pea-colored green.

this game doesn't look anything like pop.  some of the platoforming is kind of similar but the game seems to be more about exploring.
