PS2 controller problem
« on: October 13, 2007, 04:40:48 PM »
I maybe have logged 400 hours on this controller. But, when I try to start a game the controller does not respond. Actually, it seems to be constantly sending a 'DOWN' signal as the the cursor will just continually cycles downwards for any game I try to play. Effectively shutting me out from making any type of input.

Any fix for this, or should I just get a new controller?

i have this too sometimes. it happened to my old controller and every now and then happens to my ''new'' one--i bought it in august 2k2.

i just replug the controller, or turn off the analog button (the red light one) and then turn it on again.
