I'd love to hear the full audio from Gibson. On more than a couple occassions it's clear the audio is cut mid sentence.

Gibson is definitely an asshole. Is he racist for assuming the shooter was black? I assumed the shooter was black for the exact same reason, and I'm sure the vast majority of people did as well - after seeing video of all the black kids around the school. Luckily I'm not a journalist, or a talking head; Gibson's jump is inexcusable considering he's supposed to be "professional"

He stops Gibson in mid sentence at least twice. A similar practice was used on Olbermann's show earlier.

I agree that the rap thing is out there. I heard the killer actually had a Manson shirt on, which should lead to some interesting discussions on the hill

it was on a radio program but there's no way you could cut it to make him say that.  there's a lot of back-and-forth and cross-talk.

Yeah, the report I read about it said it was a black-clad white kid with painted fingernails who often wore a dog collar around. Of course considering how godawful nu-manson is I can see why dude would snap.
