the problem is that it's naruto. I really hope this quality of cel-shading becomes standard for cel-shaded games and I don't mean to take this off-topic, but don't you think this is the best way to make old 2D fighters HD? Just keep the same proportioned hitboxes and have high-quality cel-shading and I think most fans would be ecstatic.

I started watching Naruto recently, out of boredom, and I feel really bad about it. In a 30 min episode if you take away intro, commercials, and flashbacks you get like ten mins of actual story progression. :'(

it might not be REAL aa. gears of war doesn't have real aa but they did a special trick that made it have smooth edges.

The 360 Naruto game is supposedly going to be 'the naruto game to own'. Ive played that weird smash brothery fighting game one and it honestly wasnt bad, compared to the cowboy bebop/samurai champloo/ghost in the shell offerings anyway.

The cel shading is still a step up from last gen (obviously) but it's still not to the point where I would feel completely satisfied. Still looks a bit blocky and jaggy.

Regardless of who developed it,* it's an anime-based game. No one should ever get their hopes up for an anime-based games.

*Notable exception would be the Sega AM2 developed Macross game on the PS2.
