Yeah, I bought both of those on clearance. I never even opened DK Jungle Beat, so the game and bongos were brand-new - sort of forgot I had it, to tell the truth.

man you missed out. If you could handle the disgusting DK sound effects, gross fur texturing and the big DK rolling around in the bottom corner of the screen: DK Jungle Beat wouldve been the best platformer you played last gen. Its that good!

I always intended to, but I had it stored in the LR closet and just forgot about it.

When I rebuy the Wii when it hits $75-99, I'll pick that up again for a couple of bucks.

Old trick I learned off an ebayer a long time ago. Helps prevent static electricity from building up inside the box and potentially fucking up electronics. Also, makes box smell April fresh.

Why are there black bars on RE4? I thought this was widescreen? It looks like garbage. My TV must not be configured right or something.

Well I mean the Wii menu covers the entire TV, but RE4 has bars on each side, and they're uneven as well.

There were thin black bars around the entire picture, yes, but it wasn't "letterboxed" when I played it. Just some weird aspect ratio.

Paper Mario seems cool, I don't like the "squishing" effect I notice when I walk to the side... I'm sure anyone who's played it knows what I mean. It's really disorienting for some reason.

The worst thing about the MIIs is that they look worse than most N64 characters. It's like Nintendo is going out of their way to show everyone that the WII has the worst graphics.
