is it like a drinking fountain or a hose?

my friend had one of those installed on their toilets and I didn't know and after using it I was a bit surprised.  didn't clean much though.

Nope. Plus, every time you use you'd have to clean it and shit. At least I would because I'm a freak when it comes to germs and other people's filth.
