Is it the collector's edition? I honestly was close to buying it even though I don't have a PC capable of running it at the moment. There were at least a dozen at my local Best Buy. It disgusted me. A piece of the Berlin Wall, come on!

It is not the collector's edition.  It is the retail copy of the game, in a decorative slip case.
