I was cleaning up my room a bit earlier today and found an unopened set of pajamas - from Christmas two years ago. I haven't worn pajamas to bed in years; basically I just wear some over sized sweat shorts and a white t-shirt.

Even then. i might wear clothes from time to time during the winter, but i rely on blankets mostly and occasionally a little more heat, though as long as the chill's off the air and i've got slippers, it's not bad at all. Plus, it doesn't get as cold her in NC as it did in Michigan. i can tolerate this "cold" a lot easier.

Well, i started when i was like 14. There was initially the fear that my parents would bust in my room in the middle of the night, which never happened. At first it's like, i was trying to find a position where i was comfortable because i was just... out. It's kinda like wearing boxers, which ironically i hate and see somewhat pointless (no support). It was also a rush at first, because it felt like this big taboo thing. Now it just feels right and liberating. We wear clothes all day, why wear them to bed? i couldn't see myself as a nudist though, i'd have nowhere to put my hands.

Unless you don't have AC or you're just a compulsive sweater, you shouldn't sweat. i usually sleep under a fan anyways, which feels great after a shower while your pores are still open. Plus the sound always puts me to sleep. i do it in the winter too, sometimes with the window open, but i'm under blankets.
