so last night we're high off of being level 24, and we go into the shop to buy some grinder and... !!! whoa wait a minute! You can buy plans to weapons that are STRONGER than the highest availble B class weapons you can buy in the weapon shop! So we buy the plans and the mats, 9250+6800, so 16050 meseta. We go to the mag.. 56% chance of success..... and after waiting an hour, we get it!! (and it's 14% dark, so we'll rape those jumping fuckers in that c level 15+ no pre req instance)!
Well, we think well let's grind it some.. so we have a friend who has the star thingy (making him more lucky) and we give him two +4 B grinders.
The first grind was certain
The second grind had a "very high" chance. and we said alright, just finish that one and then we'll stop, cause we don't want it to break!
It breaks on the second grind..... all that meseta down the drain
but we still have 2/3 more tries creating the item again.
So this morning we got the mats and made it AGAIN, (but without the 14% dark :***( ) and grind it once at "chance of success is certain" and left it at that.
We blew away 22,850 meseta just for that fuckin thing.

It better fuckin rape!! now to save 18000 meseta to buy a new armor...
and you can buy plans for the NEXT level up armors.. but they cost 18000 JUST for the plans.. and i imagine the materials are probably around 10-12k themselves.
Luckily I found the PEEEEERFECT way to grind and make money in this game
