Qdoba has been on a downslide, IMO. Maybe it's just the local stores, but their service lately has just been ass.
The last time I went in, my server's expression alternated between "bored" and "annoyed that I actually have to make something". I got probably 25% less chicken on my quesadilla than normal, to the point that 2 slices of it were mostly just cheese. To top it off, the cashier didn't swipe my Frequent Customer card when she rang me up. When I noticed that there was no "Customer Points" info on the receipt, the shift manager on duty was nice enough to inform me that if the card hadn't been swiped prior to the transaction there was no way to re-do the whole thing. I said, "Don't bother, I guess I won't be back anyways." This might have been a witty, biting barb if anybody there had actually given a shit.....but at $7/hour with no benefits you can't really expect them to be too concerned.
