Machete's A Spy Kids Character?

Last night I was watching Spy Kids 3-D on the Disney Channel. At the end Danny Tejo jumps down out of the sky and it says, "MACHETE!"

I was drunk and found this hilarious.

Yep, true reference.

And no, I've only heard about the character. I wouldn't actually submit myself to watching Spy Kids 3-D drunk or sober or high or anything for that matter.
