i know why it's so easy for you, you're having titania do everything aren't you? 
bad move ;P get the other up, ignore boyd, but level rhys, ike, ocsar, keiran... and i think there's one more imporant guy by those levels.... i forget.
Ya, that's what was going on. I was letting my heavy hitters kill everyone.
Now, I am at a point where my weak guys are getting killed in one hit (in later missions). Looks like I need to go back and redo some old missions.
Focus on the weaker guys getting kills. Have Titania bring them low, and weak guys finish. And most importantly, always heal with rhys, or better yet try and get a kill. He needs exp.. badly. And then later in the game u get these staffs called Physic or something... and u can heal from like 10+ spaces (i think it's an equation from your move amount, like 2x your moving capabilities or like 1/2 of your magic power or some bullshit).
Titania in the later game isn't necessarily sub-par, but she's not your main super power either.
Use your bonus exp on people who are slackin. When you get Astrid... omfg, the game is so fucking easy. Exploit as many bosses as you can by letting her get tons of hits (on bosses that stay on one panel and heal themselves) by using her iron bow (give her 4 iron bows before the battle). And you can bring her from level 1-20, and then up in her next class all you want.
Astrid is GODLY (of course besides Ike later on).
