I'm looking to connect my iPod to my car stero
« on: November 16, 2007, 01:53:18 AM »
...so I can listen to my iPod music through the car radio. The CD player in my car is broken (that's a lot MELVIN), and I'm fucking tired of listening to shitty radio stations.

What's a good, nice priced accessory for this?

I know you said your CD player is no longer working, but do you have a tape deck? There's a thing that can connect your iPod/MP3 Player/portable CD player to your car's stereo through your tape deck. I think they're like 10 bucks.

1/8" jack >> tape adapter >>>>>>>>>>>> FM transmitter

Whatever you do, do not buy the Monster brand tape adapter.

Oh duh. I wonder if my cars CD player has somewhere for plugging such a cable in at. Would be nice since I'm possibly going on a road trip next week and I don't want to listen to my GFs cds anymore (Pinback and Marilyn Manson for the 4000th time).

Tape Deck adapters are the way to go. I connect my 3G Ipod Nano to my car this way and it sounds coo. Though, I'm looking into getting a Stereo with a Auxillary port in the front for even crisper sound!

My cousin used one to connect a walkman CD players to his gay radio. God what a cigarillo and hes poor
