I think she's just something of a huge nerd that loves her thang. She's like this supreme expert on synthesized music, and gives all sorts of hoity toity talks. She's invented her own shit. I think she's just in her own little world.

Yes, totally & completely related. It was an issue totally devoted to synths and shit. I have copies of all the Grand Royal issues laying around my house, usually near the shitter. One of the greatest mags of all time.

I remember being surprised to see that she was actually fairly attractive as a woman. Given her music and eccentricities, I was expecting something entirely different. Although with all that stuff in mind, the fact that her appearance is really plain is itself sort of freaky.
