Well, the posters at GAF are part of the problem.  Perhaps the mods wouldn't be so pigheaded if the majority of the Gaffers weren't so scared of being banned.  I have more respect for posters like Billy Rygar and Dcharlie who aren't scared of losing something as trivial as posting privileges.  Just say what the fuck you want. If the forum doesn't like your style, then why do you want to be there anyways?

The forum is just too big to be controlled by moderators anymore. GAF is past the point where it becomes its own animal. Thats part of running a community as a business. Without a financial sacrifice, a forum run on ads is generally fed with new members until it runs amok for several years.
