So, I finished Mario Galaxy. Should I sell my Wii? They're going for $500-600 new on eBay, so I'd imagine I could get $350-450 used. I have four controllers, too.

I'm trying, seriously, to think of a game that will be coming out on Wii ever again that I would want to play. I'm failing miserably.

Personally, i am waiting for Mario Kart (i love the Kart series) and there is SSBB if that's your thing.

if not, i can't think of any others right now.

You are over the age of 15 (so smash brothers has no appeal) and don't live in a college dorm (so mario kart is a bust), so I'd say that you're pretty safe ditching the Wii at this point.

This time next year, after the initial rush of Wii Fit has settled, and all those Soccer Moms and Grannies get tired of dusting it off and looking at it just sitting there unused, I predict you will be able to find Wii systems on Ebay for around $150. I believe Nintendo knows this, and that's when they'll be launching the Wii with DVD playback (and maybe a couple of extra features) to catch all those Nintendo "gotta have the latest version" fanatics. Sell it, sell it now while you still can.

I'm not joking.

They are going to reach a saturation point with casuals pretty soon. How many systems were bought just for Wii Sports and sit there unused now?

This isn't the DS, where you can just tuck it away in a drawer and not think about it when not in use. This is a system that sits in your house in plain view connected to your TV, and Moms and Dads tend to sell shit off that sits around unused.

I don't think they get shipments everyday. They just probably set a certain amount they're allowed to sell for each day. I know the Toys R Us in my area keep them in the back until Sunday. One of the Toys R Us near me sell a certain amount each day.

Sell your Wii if you have nothing else you planning to play for the rest of this year. I'm sure you can buy another one if you look hard enough. If not pick up Trauma Center: New Blood yes? Trauma Center D;
