FINALLY! Ive seen all the 3rd season eps but its nice having the DVD.

The Kingdom of Heaven is a good transfer but there are no special features except for a trailer. Wasn't Blu-ray supposed to have more extra features than dvd?

The movie itself was pretty good. I've seen bits of the original on cable and the plot was a mess. The Director's Cut does a much better job of fleshing out the plot and the characters. I give it a 7.5.

While I'm a big fan of HD-DVD, Blu-ray obviously has the edge in CG movies because of Pixar's exclusivity to Blu-ray.

Not that I have noticed. I think it looks pretty damned good, but my opinion may be tempered by my unabashed love of all things Die Hard.

However, the first film has been stripped of almost all the special features from the 2-disc set, and the fourth film is the PG-13 version, so I expect a double-dip on down the line.

So technically I bought these games last week, but unlike the Mass Effect/Assassin's Creed/Contra 4

package I got last thursday, this package didn't arrive until yesterday:

I finally have Crush...and it seems really, really good! WTF at the box art though. Portable Ops PLus Japan will now be sold off. And I can use my save data from Portable Ops now and import the characters I got from the original game.

Give it a try. It's easily on the best PSP games, and one of the best action/puzzle games available on any platform, for that matter. Great fun AND original.

Crush was a great game, takes a bit of time to get used to how everything works (the internal game world logic, if you will), but once you do that, you'll love it... some of the final levels in the game are absolutely dastardly and require you to really think outside the box and do things that you wouldn't expect the game logic to let you do.

It's not a 50 gig disc. 50 gig blu rays didn't ship until Dec 2006. KoH was from October or November (just checked, November 14, 2006. First 50 gigger was Invincible, Dec 19th. Smooth Groove OWNED).
