Can't wait. December 11 for the poor man's GC version, only a couple months away! But then again, can't beat an original ... sorry Wii.  :P

Really? That's why every impression of the game has said it works great. Just because you aren't getting the Wii version doesn't mean its busted. You have some SERIOUS console cognitive dissonance. If i'm being honest, I think it's the other way around.  I think some of the positive impressions of the Wii vesrion are truly based on people's hope that the Wii version will be the best.  In the end I have a feeling the Cube controls will please the most people. 

I'm not a Wii hater by the way.  I may even still buy one at launch.  I'm just not so sure it's unique controller is gonna work the best for EVERY game.  I'm sure it's gonna be great for certain games though, sorta like the DS.

Its actually a damn shame you cant hook a gc controller to the wii, id even take a gc controller over a wii controller

Thats what we've heard up til now.  I'm hoping we're all suprised and the Cube version has widescreen as well.  Although I think that is very unlikely.

Um, no - just because the game wasn't 'designed' for Wii doesn't mean its broken. Everything practically everyone has read said it works fine. That doesn't mean it is revolutionary or superior, but it DOES work - its been said over and over again. Just because some people have an inferiority complex and can't stand thinking that a different version of the a game they want could possibly be better in anyway - they bash it. It seems to work fine, which doesn't mean it will necessarily be better or revolutionary - but it does work. There's nothing technically wrong with control scheme. Get over the ridiculous bashing.
