It depends on where you live, PD.  In some of the ghetto parts of NYC I still see teens saging their pants.

I've seen a lot of dudes in the past year that wear fit or tight jeans below their ass and show their boxers. That shit really pisses me off. At least people who sag baggy jeans have huge ass shirts to cover their ass.

I wore nothing but Jnco's from PacSun throughout middle school.  I had a black denim pair with 24 inch pant legs.  Goddamn I wish I were still cool like I was back then.
