I just figured out this is a great game, its hard to come by a title where the characters are this likable (yeah so its its animu stfu). Im freaking fascinated with the talking Manatee, every RPG now needs a Manatee I tells ya. The game's story is so bad its good IMO and MANLY BICEPS holy shit. Some of the music is nice, and Its really lol reading the Gamefaqs threads about this game, a lot of dudes there are getting boners over who has the hottest animu knockers lolz.

So yeah lets appreciate this fine game. Im up to chapter 17 now so Im about 2/3rds through or so I have assessed

I loved it, there's apparently a sequel in the works. If this were released at the same time as FFT people woulda jizzed the fuck all over it. Years later, released almost shoulder to shoulder with FFT PSP, it still wins imo.

be warned: it is cookie cutter animu jfaggotry, but the VA, dialogue and characters are all so fun and likable, its a fun little RPG. It aint shit next to Etrian, but nothing is really

Its not that hard a strat rpg either, which is kinda nice. There are maybe 3 maps total where you kinda get dicked and have to do some tricks to win.

Yeah, that's what I liked about Jeanne D'Arc, it was pretty easy yet fun to play.

I didnt like Jeanne cause its really a puzzle game with only certain ways to win. Id rather keep tactics open ended

Yeah, the game basically forces you to play aggressively because of how the battle system works. I didn't mind it, and the turn limits never caused me to lose a battle. Your mileage may vary.

Luminous Arc just sounds like all-around good stuff. I will probably pick it up. It's too bad DS's are banned on planes now, it would be perfect for the 24-hour trip home.

Just starting a few months ago, because apparently the DS gives off some kinda signal whenever it's turned on that intereferes with aircraft operations.

I think PSPs are still okay.
