i accidentally uninstalled windows because im a fucking dumbass and installed pcbsd i wanted windows back today and i dunno what the fuck happened

do you have the windows disc?  if so, change the boot sequence to the cd rom first and make sure the disc is in there.

does it get that far?

hurr. that is not a good sign. i have a funny feeling it probably didn't have anything to do with installing BSD and probably something to do with a power surge? try popping the battery from the mobo, letting it sit for thirty seconds, and then re-installing it -- see if that clears any bios issues.
