I picked the right movie:  Basic Instinct comes with a commentary track with CAMILLE PAGLIA, the only woman I could ever love.

And jeez, this movie gets right to the point, doesn't it?

Sharon Stone is like perfect 10 smoking hot in this movie.  She just doesn't look physically hot, but her body language sells the total package.  And most of the time the body language, how she carries herself, is pretty subtle.  I would totally let her deathfuck me.

I sorta like it as the glossiest slasher film ever made, but its still pretty dumb.  Stupid in an annoying way, not an entertaining way, much of the dialog is pretty painful to listen to.  But hey, its got that crisp direction that Verhoeven brings to every film so it ain't a total loss.

Like all Verhoeven, it's a trashy guilty pleasure, but that's also part of the charm.  And corny dialogue or not, this is the best Sharon Stone role ever.
