The second S is seyed which means Mohammad was an ancestor of mine. Could be that somebody bullshitted that about themselves though but I don't think you really can (they probably check your parents and grand parents). legally, it's a part of my name. If I have to put the initials of my middle name, I put SM. If I have to write my middle name, I just put Mohammed (99% of all muslim raised males have this in their name). this whole thing is very confusing to me. :'(
