I've been waiting a long time for Clubhouse Games to come out, since I love board games - the original "non-games" if you will - plus, I love all sorts of fhaigurnty games, especially DS ones, so it was like a perfect match! And shit!
I just got it from Gamefly the other day and after playing it for just a few mins. and grinning like an idiot the whole time, I got online and clicked "buy it!" on that sonofabitch (Gamefly members, how sweet is the 10% off + $5 certificate every three months??).
It's got 42 games, including stuff like Battleship, Sorry and Stratego (just given different names). All sorts of card games, including ASSHOLE! (called "President" here). You can play all the games through a few times and collect stamps for doing so, thus confirming your homosexuality and making you squeal like a RPG character leveling up. And you can play almost of these games with single card downloads, or on the Ninty network! Sure, it's the same shit you've been doing on Yahoo Games or Pogo or whatever for free since the invention of the intarwebs, but it's in an ultra-portable version here and SOOOOOOOO fucking adorable or kawaii or whatever ^___________________^ (note: this game has a very straightforward interface, there's no Nintendo characters rewarding you for getting a Blackjack or lollie bitches asking you to rub their panties to discard or whatever)
I brought this to Disneyland the other day and the time spent in line was a breeze. Could there be a higher recommendation?? If you're a DS owner, this should be in your collection.
