watching it in HD definitely helped.  my god, it's amazing how pristine the transfer is.

Eternally has a spot in my Top 10. I think thats its as close to a flawless movie as there is. Incredible screenplay, brisk pacing, great performances (especially love Claude Raines in this, and then of course there is Bogey). I need to get the HD DVD of this, very soon.

The scene where they sing La Marseillaise is about the closest a movie will get me to crying these days.

I want to buy this and Adventures of Robin Hood in HD, but I already own the DVD spec eds of each one.  Is Casablanca HD classic film lover erection material?
