The Christmas season started last night at the Mr. and Mrs. Distantmantra household with our yearly Christmas dinner with friends. We all draw names and get for one person. This year, one of my friends made me a totally awesome custom Engrish t-shirt, a copy of The Orange Box for the PS3, and one of those little Kubrick Metal Gear Solid figures (I got the ninja).

Has anyone else started with the gifting yet?

We don't want to lug all our gifts for each other on an airplane, but we're each taking one thing with us to open on Christmas morning with her family. I got her a really nice necklace, which is going in the Kubrick Metal Gear Solid figure box, to totally fool her on Christmas morning.

So after everyone left, I went to the bathroom and passed out. My mom came and woke me up and I got myself to my room to lay down and passed out again and started to convulse. My mom called an abulence thinking I was having a seizer and I was up by the time they came. They said all my vitals were normal, and didn't think it was a seizer but wanted to take me to the hospital anyway. I said no because I didn't want to spend xmas in the hospital. I took everyone out for christmas dinner. I ate a decent sized steak and had a good time with the family for around $800 W/ tip.
