+ Love the SegaCD/32bit era stuff with the live actor FMV cutscenes
+ the graphics are passable all things considered
+ the explosions and animations look good for the time

- no analog stick control - dpad flying = bleh....
- no rumble
- mech gun sucks
- game design is bloody awful! in the first stage you blow up a cybernetic pyramid so you can fly thru the middle and pick up a canister?!?!?!
- when you die, you reappear in the hangar to a FMV of your average at best looking female CO telling you that they teleports you out of the crashing warhawk right before death and back into the hanger instantly into a replacement ship made out of scrap parts (WTF?!?!?! why even bother creating this crap story...just give a bitch 3 lives and let him know he got blown to shit..)
I am glad they put this on PSN as I always wanted to try it - but I CANNOT recommend it and do not think its worth the money.
