I used to shred up a can of chicken meat into some ramen, and just use a half-packet of seasoning (you really don't need the whole packet) for a quick chicken noodle soup.

I like to buy the chicken flavored ramen noodles that come in their own cup, so I can just add boiling water and it eat it. They like to put vegetables in there though, and I always just dump that crap out.

Mups, I thought having Ramen twice in one day was bad! Did you just eat a few and then realize it, and then think "hey let's just see how many I can eat"? Because if not, and you actually ate 8 packets without really realizing it, then I think you need to stop drinking for a while.

Way too much sodium to use the full package. Instead I just make the ramen, pour out the hot water, then add scrambled eggs and veggies. Then I lightly sprinkle some of the packet on it; eggs really soak up flavor so you don't need a lot of the package.

well I was hungry and I ate 2 and then I was like "oh shit, let's make 2 more. that was pretty delicious" and so that was 4. then like 4 hours later I ate 4 more the same way

I woke up this morning with a headache. god, the thought of it makes me want to puke right now

You know homemade chicken soup really isn't hard to make you guys.

You just boil:

1. however much chicken you want
2. carrots
3. potatoes

in water for about two+ hours. Add some choice seasonings and you're set!

The chicken can even be the frozen kind. It's easy and way healthier than ramen. Plus you get a whole pot so you're set for several meals!
