So I'm stuck working today on Christmas Eve for 12hrs and I gotta turn around and come in tomorrow morning at 6am to work another 13.  Holy shit. When I agreed to come in for a coworker over the holidays because of family issues I didn't think I'd be doing this.  *sigh*  Irritating.   So it looks like we gotta do everything tonight 'cause I won't be around tomorrow morning....of course that does mean that I won't have to see my girlfriend's brother, so that's a positive.

Anyone else out there doing this crap?

Actually I would've gotten paid today and tomorrow anyway if I didn't work but since I'm here I do get holiday pay, so that's cool I suppose.  Infact the ammount of money they're paying me to basically sit on my ass and listen to Christmas music is almost criminal but I'll be damned if they catch me complaining about that.  Don't want them to figure out that I'm sleeping on top of my microscope.
