i picked this up thanks to the 50% off sale and it's really quite a fun little game
it's basically a dungeon crawling shooter where you use wasd to move and the mouse to aim/fire.
there's a storyline where you have three characters (so far, i'm only up to chapter 6) who have different weapons and skills who you can upgrade to accommodate your style of play.
the graphics and physics have been overhauled and look great. lots of destructible things laying around to shoot and act as cover (though it suffers from half life 2's exploding barrel mania).
The soundtrack is pretty tight and dynamic and there's a variety of different play modes available.
if you like games like dungeon siege or even games like smash tv, this is really worth a look.
